Rafael Anta is a Senior ICT specialist with 13 years of professional experience who joined the Inter-American Development Bank in 2005. He works in the design and preparation of loans and technical cooperations in the ICT sector and in other sectors when ICT is a key component. Rafael also works in the promotion of the opportunities for development in the implementation of key ICT-enabled services, with high priority in mobile applications for health, government and banking.

Mr. Anta is an Engineer in Computer Science, with Honours from Universidad Ramon Llull, Barcelona, Spain (1996), and holds a postgraduate degree in IT Systems Audit from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Barcelona, Spain (1993).
